Bear in mind, however, that the country has rebuilt independently, and has developed green energy, including geothermal, solar and other, in addition to traditional means, all developed under the crushing US sanctions in place since America destroyed the country in the 50s.

Korean children learning tradition dancingMagyongdae Children's Palace, Pyongyang: an extra-curricular facility, offering children cultural, sports, musical, science and more lessons/coaching. Daily, 5,000 kids come to this modern facility, free of charge. (I used to teach English in South Korea and am very familiar with the private 'hagwons' offering coaching in different subjects, for a fee and generally not comparable to the facilities offered at the Children's Palace.
